The latest: on Thursday he was named to the 2014 class of inductees for the College Football Hall of Fame. Roaf, who played with the Saints from 1993-2001, will be going in with one of his former teamates, tight end Wesley Walls.
Roaf, who was one of three charter inductees into the Saints Ring of Honor last season, is also a member of the Pro Football Hall of Fame (class of 2012). But this latest honor is for his outstanding play as an offensive lineman at Louisiana Tech (1990-92). Walls, who played with the Saints in 1994-95, is being honored for his outstanding play at Ole Miss (1985-88).
