Suffered a hand injury that sidelined him for the next three contests following surgery…Started and rushed for a career-high 172 yards on 24 carries (7.2 avg.) with one touchdown vs. Green Bay, Oct. 26…Started and rushed 30 times for 100 yards with two touchdowns and added a ten-yard reception at Carolina, Oct. 30…Ingram rushed 27 times for 120 yards (4.4 avg.) vs. San Francisco, Nov. 9, as he became the first Saint to have 100 yards rushing in three consecutive games since McAllister in 2003…Rushed 23 times for 122 yards (5.3 avg.), including a season-long 31-yard run at Pittsburgh, Nov. 30…Started at Chicago, Dec. 15 and rushed 17 times for 59 yards and one touchdown…In season finale at Tampa Bay, Dec. 28, rushed 14 times for 57 yards with a one-yard touchdown. 2013 – Played in 11 games with three starts in the regular season and carried 78 times for 386 yards (4.9 avg.) with one touchdown and added seven receptions for 68 yards. In two postseason contests with one start, was club’s leading rusher with 28 carries for 146 yards (5.2 avg.) with one touchdowns, adding three receptions for 17 yards…Inactive weeks 3-8 (toe)…Enjoyed breakout performance vs. Dallas, Nov. 10, carrying 14 times for 145 yards (10.4 avg.) with one touchdown and two receptions for 15 yards for 160 yards of total offense…Had two receptions for a career-high 39 yards, including a career-long 23-yard grab at St. Louis, Dec. 15…Carried 13 times for 83 yards (6.4 avg.) with a seven-yard grab at Carolina, Dec. 22…In postseason debut, received start and carried 18 times for 97 yards with one touchdown and three receptions for 17 yards in the NFC Wild Card Playoff at Philadelphia, 1/4/14…In NFC Divisional Playoff at Seattle, 1/11/14, carried 10 times for 49 yards, also rushing for a two-point conversion. 2012 – Appeared in all 16 games with five starts…Finished first on team in rushing, carrying 156 times for 602 yards with a team-best five touchdowns, also adding six receptions for 29 yards…Carried team-high 16 times for 53 yards and a touchdown at Carolina, Sept. 16…Received first start of season and rushed seven times for 44 yards (6.3 avg.), while also hauling in two passes for 23 yards vs. Philadelphia, Nov. 5…Ran 12 times for 67 yards (5.6 avg.) while scoring on a 27-yard carry at Oakland, Nov. 18…Led the team in rushing with a season-high 90 yards on 14 carries (6.4 avg.) with one touchdown including a season-long and career-high 31-yard rush, vs. Tampa Bay, Dec. 16…Voted by his teammates as the club’s 2012 recipient of the Ed Block Courage Award following a successful comeback from knee and toe surgeries. 2011 – Appeared in ten games with four starts as a rookie, carrying 122 times for 474 yards with five touchdowns, tying for the team lead with Pierre Thomas in scoring runs. Also added 11 receptions for 46 yards…Scored first career NFL touchdown on a fourth quarter 13-yard game-winning rush, as he totaled nine rushes for 38 yards, splitting carries with Darren Sproles and Thomas, vs. Houston, Sept. 25…Powered rushing attack that racked up 236 yards vs. Indianapolis, Oct. 23, carrying 14 times for a game-high 91 yards (6.5 avg.) before leaving in fourth quarter with bruised heel...Splitting carries with Sproles and Thomas to spearhead a three-headed running attack that gained 205 yards, Ingram was New Orleans’ leading rusher vs. N.Y. Giants, his father’s former team, Nov. 28, where he carried 13 times for 80 yards (6.2 avg.), with a fourth quarter career-long 35-yard TD.  Also added two receptions for 14 yards…Was New Orleans’ leading rusher vs. Detroit, Dec. 4, when he carried 16 times for 54 yards with a second quarter 14-yard touchdown run that put the Saints up 10-0 before suffering a season-ending toe injury that required surgery and forced him to be placed on Injured Reserve.

COLLEGE  – Played in 39 games at Alabama with 24 starts, rushing for 3,261 yards and 42 touchdowns, scoring 46 times overall…As a junior, after missing the first two games following knee surgery, started the remaining 11 and carried 158 times for 875 yards (5.5 avg.) with 13 touchdowns...All-SEC second-team selection by league coaches, co-recipient of Alabama’s Offensive Player of the Year award and one of six recipients of Alabama’s Commitment to Academic Excellence award…Produced 54 first downs on 158 rushes (34.2%), converting on 9-of-16 third down attempts (56.3%)...Also had 21 receptions for 282 yards (13.4 avg.) with one touchdown…Heisman Trophy recipient as a sophomore, the first in the BCS National Champion Crimson Tide’s history and was a consensus All-American first-team selection and finished as a finalist for the Maxwell, Doak Walker and Walter Camp Player of the Year awards…Also named The Sporting News National Player of the Year, Associated Press Southeastern Conference Offensive Player of the Year and a unanimous first-team All-SEC selection by both the AP and the league coaches…Started all 14 games as a sophomore, led the conference and ranked fourth nationally with a school-record 1,658 yards and 17 touchdowns on 271 carries (6.1 avg.), also adding 32 receptions for 334 yards (10.4 avg.) and three TDs…Rushing total ranked sixth in Southeastern Conference history upon departure…1,992 all-purpose yards were ranked second in school history and eighth on the Southeastern Conference single-season list…Rushed for 246 yards vs. South Carolina, which ranked as the school’s third-highest total…Earned the National Championship Offensive Most Valuable Player award vs. Texas after rushing for 116 yards and two scores…SEC Coaches Freshman All-Conference selection as he played in all 14 games as a reserve and gained 728 yards rushing with a team-high 12 touchdowns on 143 carries (5.1 avg.) and also added 54 yards receiving on seven catches…Majored in telecommunications and film.
