How To Use Ticket Exchange

Find the game(s) you can’t go to on the drop down menu, select the tickets you want to sell, and click the sell button.

Clicking the sell button takes you to NFL Ticket Exchange on NFL.com powered by Ticketmaster, where you must create an account. After that, whenever you sign in to your team season ticket holder account you’ll be signed in to your new NFL Ticket Exchange account automatically. You won’t see the screen below again: selling your tickets will be a seamless experience.

Under Set Your Price, choose from three pricing methods:

Fixed Price - Set it in stone. This option locks your asking price for the life of the listing. Check the Previously Sold Tickets box to see recent prices paid for tickets in your section then set your price.

Decreased Price Daily - Play the odds. This option may improve the chances of selling your tickets before game day; enter a starting value and a minimum value and the price will decrease daily automatically.

Market Price - Play the market. The option automatically adjusts your original asking price to match the current daily average for seats in your section, doing the math for you!

No matter which option you choose, you can change the option and/or your asking price at any time, however you cannot set ticket prices below the minimum or above the maximum shown under Please Note. (Also, when setting your price remember that your payment will equal the price minus a 10% fee.

The default expiration date is the day of the game, but you can choose a different date before clicking the Continue button. If your tickets don’t sell by the expiration date you choose, you’ll get an email that your listing has been removed. You may repost your tickets, email them to a friend, or use them yourself.

Enter your bank account information under Set Pay Method. When your tickets sell, we’ll deposit payment directly into this account within one week. Canadian residents will be paid by check.

Next enter your credit card information for fraud protection and click the Continue button.

Now it's time to double-check your information to ensure you get paid promptly. Under Review Listing, confirm everything from your contact info to your List Until date. Click the edit links to make changes. Important: make sure the seat details match what's printed on your tickets! Return to Seat Details to make corrections. And remember, you can return at any time to change your pricing methods.

Next read the Seller Agreement, check the box, and click the List My Tickets button to post your tickets instantly.

Your tickets are now for sale on NFL Ticket Exchange on NFL.com powered by Ticketmaster! You’ll receive an immediate confirmation email; keep it for your records.

You’ll get another email when your tickets sell, and the money will be deposited directly into your bank account within a week, worry-free. (Canadian residents will receive a check.) Please discard your paper tickets; the barcodes on them are no longer valid.

Reminder, if your tickets don’t sell by the expiration date you choose, you’ll get an email that your listing has been removed. You may repost your tickets, email them to a friend, or use them yourself.

You’re all done, but don’t forget—you can sign in to your team account and edit your listing or update your profile whenever you want. Plus, you can review current and past listings and check order details for seats you buy via NFL Ticket Exchange.
